Biography

Frank was born in 1884 in Sanborn, O'Brien, Iowa.[1] His birth name was listed as William Lincoln Orr. He was the son of Lincoln Orr and Emma Taylor.

He never married. He moved to San Antonio, Bexar, Texas by 1910.[2]

He passed away in 1946 in San Antonio, Bexar, Texas. [3]
