"Waltie" was born about 1858. In 1870 this child of Archie Orr and Alsamena Moorhead is identified as male and in 1880 as female. [1][2] It is possible that this is Walter James Moorhead. In 1900 Walter and his wife are enumerated on the federal census in York County, South Carolina,[3] and in 1910 they are in Cherokee County, South Carolina. [4] Walter died 1924.[5]
