Guy was born in 1885. Guy Ortman ... He passed away in 1976. [1]

From FindAGrave: Guy was born on September 11, 1885 to William and Sarah Ortman on a farm between Mankato and Burr Oak Kansas.

He grew up on the farm in Limestone Township and attended Liberty School.

On June 10, 1914 he was united in marriage to Beulah F. Tucker, to this union six children were born.

His entire life was spent in the same community where he was born. He was a farmer. He served on the township and school board for a number of years.

He was indeed a friend to any person he met, never knowing a stranger. He loved and cherished his children and grandchildren.
