Biography

Maria was the third child of Gottfried and Clara Orwig.

She married Bernard Eisenhuth (1754-1866) according to FamilySearch, in 1772. They had two children, Anna Maria Eisenhuth (b 1773-?) and George Eisenhuth (1778-?). Bernard Eisenhuth was acclaimed the "oldest man in Pennsylvania" in his obituary.[1] After Anna Maria's death he remarried, to Catherine Saylor.

Research Notes

Wagenseller had no information other than her birth date. Family Search reports a different birth date for Anna Maria; 19 Dec 1742. According to this profile, she married Bernard Eisenhuth in 1772 and died in 1778. There were three duplicate WikiTree profiles with the same birth date; one had 1851 as the death date, the other two 1778, but all were created from the same GEDCOM import on the same date.
