Research Notes

Many people connect Susannah Craig to Jesse as a first wife, but I do not believe this to be true. The two Osborn children of Susannah often list their father's name as Thomas Osborn. Both Prudence and Joel's estimated birth dates fall after Jesse's marriage with Hannah Massey. I find it more likely that the Jesse Osborn that married Susannah Craig is not the same as the Jesse Osborn who married Hannah Massey. I will not detach Susannah or Prudence until I have sufficient evidence to say that these are two different people.

Osborn-1047 and Osborn-7532 appear to represent the same person because: Both parents and birthplace are supported by information held by MyHeritage.com

Is it time to move this from a match to a merge?

My creation of Osborn-1047 was incorrect and I ought not have become profile manager.

Osborn-7306 remains valid for my family tree.
