Jessie May Osborn was born in Hornsby, City of Sydney, District of Central Cumberland, in the Colony of New South Wales, Australia[1]. She was the daughter of Edward Fuller Osborn and Rosanna Caroline Wall.
Jessie (19) married George Litchfield (31) on the 23 April 1906 in the City of Perth, Western Australia, Australia[2].

George passed away in 1921, and Jessie lived as a widow, in 1925, at Bates Street, in the Town of Merredin, Western Australia[4]. Jessie again married Charles Beaney Rooke on the 20 August 1927 in the Town of Merredin, located in the central Wheatbelt roughly midway between the capital Perth and the goldmining City of Kalgoorlie, District of Northam, Western Australia[5]. The couple didn't have any children.
At the age of 83, Jessie May passed away on the 9 August 1970 in an ambulance en route (from 34 Bromley Street, Kenwick) to Royal Perth Hospital, Wellington Street, City of Perth, Western Australia, Australia[6]. Her cremation took place at the Karrakatta Cemetery and Crematorium, Railway Parade, Karrakatta, City of Perth, Western Australia and her ashes scattered over the garden at the Cemetery[7].
