Sir Danvers Osborn, 3rd Baronet (17 November 1715 – 12 October 1753) was colonial governor of New York Province briefly in 1753. Details of his demise appeared in the New York Post giving details of the last week of his life.
Born on 17 November 1715 Danvers Osbern was the third but eldest surviving son of John Osborn and his wife, Sarah Byng. His father died in 1719. Danvers was educated at Westminster and Trinity Hall, Cambridge.
