Osborne-4117 and Osborn-3070 appear to represent the same person because: I checked with Lil Davis about the spelling of Osborn. When he was born, his name was spelled "Osborn". When he was discharged from the Army, they added an "e" and he decided to keep it. Please approve the merge.
