His inventory was completed on 23 March 1795.[3]

In 1796, his estate distribution was set out to the widow, Hezekiah Osborn, Isaac Osborn, Elizabeth, wife of Nathan Jackson, Hannah, wife of Asahel Patchen, Grace, widow of Jabez Lyon, Mary, wife of James Morgan, Lois, wife of Ebenezer Gregory, Comfort Osborn, Mindwell Osborn, Sarah, wife of Wm Dunning, Dorothy, wife of Jared Duncan, and William Osborn.[4]
