Will of John Osborne of Somerset County [Maryland], Signed 23 February 1686; Proved 19 August 1687

Executrix: dear wife Attalanta. Bequests to wife Attalanta; daughter Martha; unborn child that wife is pregnant with. Martha to inherit when she turns age 17 or marries. Land called Watermellon Point. Will that John Swaine, Joseph Light, Syles Chapman get title of their land when each pays what is due. If wife dies when children are minors, appoint loving brother Thomas Welburne in her place. Witnesses: Mathew Scarbrough, Bryan Parfe [Parke?], Hanah Hopkins
