Biography

Frederick was born about 1873 in Haverstraw, New York. He was son of James and Anna Moore (Smith) Osborne. Frederick Osborne and Laurette Glasson, daughter of Charles Glasson and Eliza Jane (Toy) Glasson) married on 05 Dec 1900 in Manhatten, New York CIty. ^[1]

Draft registration card shows he was working as a policeman in New York City (1917-1918) ^[2]

He died in Proctor, Vermont on Dec 10, 1938. ^[3] The Find A Grave site shows death just "1930" but the actual death record on Vermont Vital Record shows 1938, so one must be an error. ^[4]
