Biography
Charles was born 25 August 1783 and baptised at East Molesey, Surrey on 21 September 1783. He was the son of James Osborne and Elizabeth.[1]
He married Mary Ann Charman on 17 March 1812 at Petworth, Sussex.[2][3]
He passed away in 1833.
