Biography
Grace was born on 25 January 1844 at Trebear and died in December 1924 at St.Levan. Grace married John Osborne (1844-1922) son of Richard Osborne and Sarah Richards on 23 November 1867 at St.Buryan. "Mrs.Grace Osborne died on Friday at the home of her sons (Messrs.W. and C.T. Osborne) at Tregrill, Menheniott, with whom she had lived for 2½ years. Aged 82, Mrs Osborne was born at Trebehor, St.Levan, and for over 75 years resided in St.Buryan, where the parishioners held her in high esteem."[obituary in local paper...] “The funeral of Mrs Grace Osborne, formerly of St. Buryan, took place on Tuesday… The remains were conveyed by motor from Tregrill, Menheniot to the United Methodist Chapel, St. Buryan. The mourners were Messrs. John, William and Charles Thomas Osborne (sons), Mrs John Osborne jun and Mrs Charles Osborne (daughters -in-law), and Mr Charles Osborne, Heamoor (brother).
