Rosanna Osborne was born about 1827. She is the daughter of George Barber (aka George Barber Osborne) and Lucy Jeffery.
At the time of the 1841 census, she is with her uncle Joseph Jeffery in the Parish of Cuckfield, Sussex. [1]
Marriage. On 25th December, 1848, Rosanna Osborne married Harry Arkcoll at St. Nicholas, Brighton, Sussex, England

Emigration to Australia. By 1855, Harry and Rosanna were in the Colony of Victoria for, in that year, they registered the death of an infant in Ballarat. The baby, William, lived for just two weeks. It's likely that Harry ventured to Australia because of the gold rushes. [3]
Rosanna Arkcoll passed away in 1908, aged 81 years. Her death was registered in Seymour, Victoria, her parents indexed as a Mr. Osborne and Lucy Jeffery. [4]

DEATHS
ARKCOLL.— On the 7th May, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. F. Baker, Jubilee-street, Seymour, Rosanna Arkcoll, aged 81 years. [5]
Burial. Rosanna is interred in the Seymour Pioneer Park, where she may be buried with Harry who had predeceased her in 1901. [6]
