Timothy then married the widowed Mrs. Mary Poole, Mary (Goodwin) Osgood, of Lynn, marrying in Andover on April 11, 1728.[6][7] Mary died in her 80th year, on July 13, 1752.[8] Timothy Osgood died in Andover on September 16, 1748, in his 90th year.[9] He is buried at Old North Parish Burying Ground in North Andover, Massachusetts.[10]
