Note: This Asenath was the second so-named daughter of Jonathan and Asenath Osgood, the daughter baptized in 1744 dying in infancy.

Asenath is likely the Asenath Wilder who married Silas Church in 1817. Silas Church was first married to Asenath's sister Mary Osgood. Asenath Church died in 1824 and age 78.
Joseph Fairbank was a farmer in Templeton. In his will written 10 May 1784 (probate 18 May 1784), Joseph Fairbank, Jr. bequeathed to beloved wife Asenath one-third of the estate, real and personal, during her natural life. Daughter Thankful receives twenty shillings to be paid when she reaches eighteen years. Only son Joseph receives a double portion of the remainder of the estate. Daughters Polly, Abigail, Asenath, and Susy are to have equal parts of the remainder when they come of age. Asenath was named executrix. The estate was valued at £142.0.8 with no real estate listed. The single largest item was a bond of Benjamin Hazzen for £82.8.0.[4] On 31 August 1791, Asenath aged 16 made choice of Lieut. Silas Church for her guardian.[5]
After Joseph’s death, Asenath married widower Jonathan Wilder. Jonathan did not leave a will and his estate entered probate 18 May 1797 with Ebenezer Buss as administrator at the request of the heirs.[6] On 10 December 1801 (recorded 3 June 1803), widow Asenath Wilder of Sterling, in consideration of $230, quitclaimed her interest in the estate to the Wilder children.[7]
Asenath Osgood and Joseph Fairbanks were parents of six children.
