The son of [[Osgood-64|John Osgood and Mary (Clement) Osgood, John Osgood was born in Andover, Massachusetts.[1] in 1654.
John married Hannah (Ayres) Osgood, marrying in Andover on October 17, 1681[2][3] having eleven known children together.
Lt. John Osgood passed away in Andover, Massachusetts[citation needed] at the age of 70 and is buried at the Old North Parish Burying Ground in North Andover, Massachusetts.[4]
