Biography

Frank was born in 1851.[1]He was the son of Benjamin Osgood and Mary Doten.

Frank married Lucy Floyd on Jul 11, 1881 in Prentiss, Maine.[2]

He died in 1941[3] and is buried at Mount Hope Cemetery Bangor, Maine.[4]
