Frank was born in 1855 the son of James Osman and Elizabeth Lockyer (Dowden) Osman, in Bridgwater, Somerset.[1]
Frank married Matilda Slape and the marriage was registered in the 4th quarter 1877 in Wellington, Somerset.[2]
1881 Census on the 3rd April 1881 Frank an attendant at the Dorset County Asylum, was living at Stratton Road, Compasses Alley, Charminster, Dorset, with his wife Matilda, and their children Lucy and Florence.[3]
1891 Census on the 5th April 1891 Frank an attendant at the Dorset County Asylum, was living at Charminster, Dorset.[4]
1901 Census on the 31st March 1901 Frank an attendant at the Dorset County Asylum, was living at Charminster, Dorset with his wife Matilda, and their children Hubert and Bessie.[5]
Frank died aged 53 in 1908 in Dorchester, Dorset.[6]
