Biography
Mary Osmaan was born in 1848, in Etne, Hordaland, Norway. She was a daughter of Osmon Osmonson, Rygh (1817-1887) and Ingeborg Torbjornsdatter, Stangeland. (1815-1849)
She married Jacob Anderson (1844-1926). The couple had the following children:
- Ingeborg Cecile (1868-1939) m Ole Frette (1862-1931); 3 children
- Carrie Malinda (1870-1930) m Thomas R Fretty (1865-1953); 6 children
- Helen Tomine (1872-1960) m Rasmus Fretty (1859-1930); 4 children
