Osterhoudt-3 and Osterhout-62 need to be merged and have merge approval, but they cannot be merged because both profiles are PPP. Her baptism record shows her name as Oosterhout.

Osterhoudt-3 and Osterhout-62 appear to represent the same person because: These are the same person and should be merged. LNAB should be Oosterhout, based on her baptism record.

Van Osterhout-6 and Osterhoudt-3 do not represent the same person because: clearly different dates and parents

Can't be! The profile for Arriantje (Rosenkrantz) Lyde gives birth date as Abt. May 1636, daughter of Ariantje (Osterhout) Rosenkrantz born on 9 March 1712. The daughter can't be born way before the mother. Right? Can you check your records to see which is correct. Thanks.

Looks like your ancestor, Ariantje Osterhout was married to Harmen Rosenkrans. The DeWitt Genealogy says that Ariantje Oosterhout married Jan DeWitt and gives Gysbert & Maritje (Bogardus) Oosterhout as her parents. So are we talking about the same person here? See my message above.
