Obadiah Terwilliger of the town of Newburgh, Orange County. Husband of the only daughter and legitimate child of Joel Ostrander, deceased. Wife still living. Joel Ostrander, deceased was a brother of Benjamin Ostrander.
Joel Ostrander left the area 40 years earlier and never returned. Joel died intestate before his brother Benjamin.
Benjamin Ostrander never married and had no children
