Biography
Jesse Calvin had two sisters: Nettie and Naomi. He and Ophelia had five sons, only two of whom lived past the age of two (Joe and Carl), and one daughter, Gladys.
Jesse Calvin was a farmer and lumberman, running a sawmill near the farm that was located in Choctaw Co. near the Oktibbeha Co. line.
