Biography
William was born 1807 in North Carolina. He was the son of Michael Otts. He was married 3 times: 1.) Mary Laney; 2.) Unknown; & 3.) Jane Shehorn. He passed away in 1879.He was the first of the Otts family from North Carolina to settle in Lamar County, Alabama. [1]
