Alphonse Ouellet was born in Jun 1856. He was the son of Christophe Ouellet and Modeste Thériau. At age 23, Alphonse married Eugenie Gagnon on 12 Aug 1879 in L'Isle-Vert. There are nine known children born into this marriage. Alphonse died at age 70 on 3 Jan 1927 in Saint-Épiphane in Rivière-du-Loup.
