Biography

Alexander Ouellet was born in Jan 1867 in Presque Isle, Aroostook, Maine. He was the son of Chrisostôme Ouellet and Hortense Fortin. In 1880, Alexander and his family were living in New Limerick, Aroostook, Maine and registered in the 1880 US Census under the surname Willett. Alexander was a truckman. Alexander married Celina (Lena) Champagne on 25 Nov 1889 in St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Waterville, Kennebec, Maine.. Alexander died of pulmonary tuberculosis at age 38 on 29 Aug 1905 in Waterville; he was buried in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Waterville.
