Biography
Adelaide was born in 1831, the daughter of Louis Honore Ouellet and Judith Godreau. Her father was her mother's first of 4 husbands. He died when she was 2, and her mother remarried 5 years later.
Adelaide married at age 23 to Pierre Israel Michaud, and they had at least 11 children. Her husband and 2 children died between March and June, 1875, which makes it easy to imagine the cause to be cholera or some other disease. Adelaide never remarried, and passed away in 1885 at 54 years old.
