Dormer G. Oulton was born about 1888 in Brooklyn, New Brunswick. She was the daughter of Stewart Oulton and Amelia Unknown. Dormer married Amasa Hicks on March 8, 1905.[1]

She died in 1969 and was buried in the Midgic Cemetery.[2]
