Biography
Elizabeth Outlaw was born 9 May 1774 in Duplin, North Carolina. She was the the daughter of Captain James Outlaw and Elizabeth "Betsy" (Graddy) Outlaw.
She was married 1 January 1799 in Duplin, North Carolina to cousin Henry Graddy.[1]
She died 16 July 1828.[2]
