At present this Timothy Overend is a somewhat nebulous but entirely necessary figure. He must be born between 1640 and 1655 because he is a son (and probable heir) of Timothy Overend yeoman of Fangfoss, who marries Elizabeth Bielby and dies about 1695, and he is the father of Timothy Overend baptised in 1672.
Their son (and almost certainly heir) Timothy is baptised in 1672. Under the constraints of his birth estimates and this baptism of his son the marriage could be any time between 1656 and 1671 but with the balance weighted heavily toward the latter end of this period.
Timothy must have died by mid 1684 and probably a year or more earlier than that as in 1685 his widow Jane Unknown has negotiated an advantageous marriage for their son Timothy (baptised 1672) with Jane Towse. It is possible that he died at any time after 1672, but there are other likely children of the marriage.
Research on this profile is urgent. At present we rely on one detailed source --- The Marriage Settlement of 1685 -- which does not even clearly name him. Space:Marriage_Settlement_1684_Overend_Towse
