Biography
Floyd and his twin brother Lloyd were born in Modesto, California in 1921. He was the son of Enoch Overholtzer and Martha Garber. He married Thalia Ford in 1940, in Ceres, California. They had five children over 12 years. He died in his home town, in 2014, at the age of 92.
