Find A Grave does have a Bartholomew Owen b. 24 Aug 1619 in Berkshire, Eng-d. 31 Jan 1677 Surry County, VA, America. However, he could not be the son of the Robert you have listed here.

This really needs a close look. If his father was Robert Owen (1667-1717), how could Bartholomew have been born c. 1616 (before father) ? I wonder if this person existed at all. Note that the system won't even take the approximate dates on Bartholomew because it is out of line with his father's dates.
