Alvord, Wise Co., Texas Aug. 19, - Frank S. OWENS was killed Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. when his auto turned over on him one mile south of Alvord. His brother (illegible) OWENS, and Frank GEORGE was with him when the accident occurred. All three were placed underneath the car.
Persons a mile away heard their screams and came to the rescue. Frank OWENS was dead when they arrived.
Mr. OWENS will be buried today at Jonestown Cemetery.[2]
