Priscilla was the daughter of John Owen who left in his Will linen and woolen spinning wheels to Priscilla's husband, Phillip Dowell who was the brother of John Dowell, Sr.
She married Phillip Dowell abt 1772. She is in his will dated Feb 1823.
Pricilla is thought to have died abt 1840 in Wilkes, NC.
