Thomas Andrew (Andy) Owens was born on January 29th, 1971 in Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin Indiana. He was among the first students to attend Kindergarten class in Needham Elementary School in 1976. He graduated from Franklin Community High School in 1989 and Lincoln Technical Institute of Indianapolis in 1990 with an Associate Degree in. Automotive Mechanics and Business Management.
He married Starlene Dawn Silver on May 22, 1993 at Second Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Franklin Indiana.
He had 2 sons with Starlene
He and Star were divorced in October of 2014 Thomas (Andy) later married Christina Marie Kilbourne on September 30th, 2017 and gained a bonus son Colin Lane Knight born July 10, 2000. Andy and Chris currently live on the east side of Franklin surrounded by the farm lands once owned by James and his son Samuel Owens. Andy has been fortunate enough to inherit some of the ground once owned by Samuel Owens and purchase some of the ground once owned by James Owens.
