Thomas Owens is a part of US Black heritage.
Thomas was born in 1913. He is the son of Thomas Owens and Corrina Hargrove. In the 1930 census Tom (age 17), Yard hand, was the single son of Tom Owens on Fairground Road, Henderson, Vance, North Carolina, United States.[1]
