Married Susannah^[1] Lowe, daughter of Samuel Lowe, bond 20 Jan 1814,^[2][3] marriage 23 Jan 1814,^[4], in the Methodist Church officiated by David Robinson. As a widow, she married William Monroe on 26 Apr 1825.^[5][6]

Was a bondsman for Polly Owens marriage to Albert Ammerman in 1813.^[7][8] Unknown if or how he is related to her father George Owen.

Will written 28 Nov 1817, probated 17 Dec 1817. Executor: John Low, Senr. Witnesses: Martin Fugate, Zachariah B. Godman, Richard Owens.^[9][1]

Unknown if Richard Owens was his son; m. (1) Sidney Robinson, widow, 2 Aug 1810^[10][11] (2) Jane Banks, bond 24 Jul 1819^[12], marriage 25 Jul 1819^[13]
