Biography

Charles Baker Oxley was born January 22nd 1801 in River Philip, Nova Scotia. He was the son of John Oxley and Ann Baker. [1]

Canada Census, 1871, shows Charles B Oxley (age 70) head of household in Wallace, Nova Scotia with wife Priscilla Oxley (age 57) and their son Herbert Starr Oxley (age 18). [2]

Charles B Oxley, age 76, died on September 18th 1877 in Wallace, Nova Scotia. He was born in River Philip. His parents were John and Ann Oxley. The informant was his son, Herbert Oxley. [3]
