When Elizabeth Arndt Oyler was born in 1786, in Rocky Mount, Franklin, Virginia, United States, her father, Valentine Felty Oyler II, was 32 and her mother, Mary Molly Arendt, was 28. She married John Dame on 2 March 1807, in Rocky Mount, Franklin, Virginia, United States. They were the parents of at least 9 sons and 5 daughters. She lived in Marion, Tennessee, United States in 1860 and Tennessee, United States in 1870. She died in 1871, in Jasper, Marion, Tennessee, United States, at the age of 85, and was buried in Marion, Tennessee, United States.
