Delila Lila Pearl Pack was born on 04 May 1901 in Blackgum, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. [1] She was 1/16th Cherokee Indian. [2] She was the daughter of James Pack and Arminda Fulton. She married Mr. Simmons. She passed away 23 April 1988 in Vian, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. She was interred in Box Cemetery, Vian, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. [1]
