Anthony was born in 1759. He was the son of Richard Pack and Mary Percy.
He was educated by Mr Pack and entered Trinity College Dublin on 2 February 1774, aged 15. Sch 1777, B.A. 1778, M.A. 1784, LLD, by diploma 4 May 1799. [1]
He was collated as Prebendary of Blackrath (Ossory) on 24 July 1812; installed next day. He was also a Vicar Choral. In 1821 he exchanged preferments with his successor and was collated as Prebendary of Cloneamery (Ossory) on 6 June 1821. He was Vicar-General of the diocese.
Anthony married Sarah Blunt in 1795.
