Frances "Fannie" Pack Judd was a great-grandniece of Jenny Sellards Wiley. She was also the paternal second great-grandmother of Naomi Judd and the maternal third great-grandmother of Wynonna Judd and Ashley Judd.
At the age of sixty-eight, Fannie passed away of pulmonary tuberculosis in 1914. She was buried in the E.H. Judd Graveyard in Lawrence County, Kentucky.
