Ruth, Benjamin and their family settled in the new town of Dorset, Bennington, Vermont with his brothers Asa, Eleazer, and Ephraim. Two other relatives, Silas Baldwin and Thomas Baldwin, followed not long after.[9]
Death and Burial
Ruth (Paddock) Baldwin died on 16 February 1810 in her 64th year at Dorset.[10]She is buried in Maple Hill Cemetery at Dorset, Bennington, Vermont.[11]
