Gustave Anjou Fraud
Garry Bryant [1] has asserted that "The Paddock genealogy is said to have been done by none other then the great French forger Charles Gustave Marie Anjou, who produced many false genealogies." This assertion is combined with the virtual impossibility of finding verification for any of the facts in these genealogies, and the fact that many of the names employed are favorites of Anjou.
