Biography

On November 15, 1856, Sarah Ellen PAGE, daughter of James PAGE and Isabella CARSON was born in Holland Township, Grey County, Canada West.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]

On July 18, 1876, Sarah Ellen, age 19 years, a spinster, and Samuel CARSON, age 23 years, a bachelor, were married in an Anglican ceremony in Owen Sound, Grey County. The witnesses were Samuel’s brother, James and her sister, Margaret Ann, both of Holland Township. Both Sarah and Samuel were residing in Holland Township. Both Sarah and Samuel were Anglican. Samuel was a farmer.[1]
