Cornelius was baptized 15 July 1649 in Hingham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. He was the son of John Page and Mary Marsh.
The Page family moved to Haverhill about 1650 from Hingham, Massachusetts.
Cornelius first married Martha Clough, daughter of John and Jane Clough of Salisbury, were married 13 November 1674 - the same day that Cornelius' sister Mercy Page married Martha's brother John Clough.[1]
Cornelius was a planter and took the oath as a freeman in Haverhill on 28 Nov 1677.
In January 1684, Cornelius married for a second time, his cousin Mary Marsh, daughter of Onesiphorus Marsh, in Haverhill, Massachusetts.

Headstone in Pentucket Cemetery, Haverhill reads "Cornelus Page died in October 10 1697 aged 51."[7]
