Samuel Rappleye Page was born on September 9, 1917 in Marysvale, Piute County, Utah, United States, son of Heber Rollo Page and Lillian Rappleye
Samuel died on September 20, 1931 in Marysvale at an age of fourteen from an accidental gunshot fire. He is buried in the Mountain View Cemetery in Marysvale.[1][2][3][4]
