Biography

Jack Leaver Page was born on November 17, 1914 in Marysvale, Piute County, Utah, United States, son of Heber Rollo Page and Lillian Rappleye.[1]

Jack married Myrtle Wilcock on December 31, 1938 in Junction, Piute County, Utah.[2][3][4]

Jack married Adele Ida Kimbell on March 14, 1960 in Dillon, Beaverhead County, Montana.[5]

Jack died on April 25, 1962 in Dillon, Beaverhead County, Montana at an age of forty-seven. He is buried in the Mountain View Cemetery in Marysvale.[6][7]
