In the 1851 Constance was recorded as Constance Paget, occupation Viscount Maidstone. Her birthplace was given as Grovr. Place, London.[3]

On the 5th inst., at 91, Victoria-street, Constance Henrietta, the wife of George James, Earl of Winchelsea and Nottingham, aged 55.[2]
Constance is buried in Saint Mary's Churchyard, Eastwell, Kent.[4]
