Anderson's "The Great Migration Begins," Vol. II, pg. 852, has her death on 27 September 1670 at Watertown.

It appears to be a typo in Anderson, as he cites WaVR 33 which is here and says 14 September 1670:

[Edit to add:] The entry just prior to Elizabeth's is for 27 September.

Payne-19481 and Paine-100 appear to represent the same person because: Has dup parents and child too...

What is the source for the statement in the Note section that says she married second Richard Nevel?

posted by S (Hill) Willson

Stearns and Bond both report her death, calling her his William's widow.

Anderson, GMB 1995 852 does not report a second marriage. He cites WaVR 33 for her death. That record calls Her "Elizabeth Hamond widdow."

Further research is needed before any merge between Paine-100 and -276. Published genealogies indicate two different women with the same name and POB, but similar DOB’s. Different parents seem to be a clue that -100 and -276 are NOT the same person

Sent via PM to PGM: Paine-276 may be a duplicate of Paine-100. The latter is an excellent match for an entry in [my] gedcom, except for the father's first name, but the first is the one which was found, even though the mother listed died before the subject's birth and the child doesn't match. Both have the same family name and birth dates and share just 1 child.

Thank you for the detailed sources. Re son, Benjamin, when I look at the Ship Francis list of passengers, he was not among them, although he would have been 13 - between the ages of the two oldest ones listed. I realize that Hammond 355 has a different profile manager, but I just thought perhaps you had further information. Thank you.
